Doing the impossible
It has been a little frustrating today because we had a call from a potential customer who was mad at us. I think I need to brush up on my communication skills. He wanted a product we don't make, in a color we don't have. He then wanted a another product that we are out of stock of. I'm sorry we can't ship it. He asked if I was the owner..."you bet" I said.
